Hello and welcome! It would be my pleasure to join you in your personal mental
health journey. I specialize in treating those with ADHD, depression, anxiety, low
self-esteem, OCD, selective mutism, tics, Tourette's, mood disorders and LGBTQ+
issues, as well as helping clients of all ages with life transitions, career planning,
social skills and strengthening family relationships. I see clients ages 12 years old
and up.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-
Oshkosh and my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-
Milwaukee.
I enjoy helping clients acknowledge their thoughts, feelings and behavior, and
helping them make the choices they want to make rather than having it feel like
their anxiety or depression is calling the shots.
My treatment philosophy focuses on client centered treatment as I believe you are
the expert in your own life experience. I use evidence based treatment such as
CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy),
Motivational Interviewing and ERP (exposure with response prevention) to guide
us through treatment. I am passionate about helping clients identify their goals for
treatment and then finding a path forward to attain those goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the North Woods, boating, kayaking,
going to equestrian events, spending time with my (sometimes sassy, but always
adorable) dogs, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Kim can be seen in our Appleton and Oshkosh offices, as well as via Telehealth.
My name is Connie Norby and I am pleased to provide telehealth counseling at Integrity
Counseling LLC. I specialize in treating people with LGBTQ+ issues including Transgender
care, and also people who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues,
intimate partner violence, trauma and PTSD.
I believe the foundation for effective, therapeutic counseling is based on mutual respect and
collaboration between client and counselor. Together, we can work to explore barriers, strengths,
and opportunities for change. We are all faced with an array of challenges throughout life, and
the counseling process can help to offer guidance and bring about a healthier balance. In addition
to offering guidance, we will collaborate to identify strategies that can be used to facilitate
positive change.
During the counseling process, I strive to embrace the diversity that makes each of us unique. I
have a passion for working with people in the LGBTQ community and am an advocate of
LGBTQ rights. I am interested in working with individuals of all ages and abilities, including
children, adolescents and older adults, people with neurodiversity, and people who have physical
challenges. If you are unsure of where to turn for acceptance and support, I will offer you
therapeutic acceptance, support and guidance, and will work with you to help you achieve a
higher level of life satisfaction.
Personally, I enjoy reading, taking long walks, and spending time with family and friends. I am
the mother of four grown children, whose life experiences have helped me to grow as a mother
and an advocate.

Welcome! I believe in the healing power of the spoken word, and I look forward to
hearing yours. I specialize in recovery, from substance abuse, mental health issues,
and physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
I got my associate degree in AODA (alcohol and other drug abuse) Counseling from
Fox Valley Tech, and my master’s degree in mental health counseling from UW
Oshkosh. I work with adults.
I like to help my clients identify their self-talk, as well as their thoughts, feelings and
behaviors. I’m also passionate about helping clients discover, express and pursue their
wants. I will help clients deal with their grief, aging, depression, anxiety, anger, and
communication concerns.
I like to use CBT to educate clients on the relationship among thoughts, feelings and
behaviors, and I like to use IFS to help clients pinpoint the part of them that emerges in
certain situations. I work in a client centered, collaborative manner.

My name is Marissa, and I look forward to working with you. I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential to the growth process. When we are struggling in life, feeling stuck, hurt, confused, or alone we all deserve a safe space to talk with someone who will not judge us but instead walk alongside us to foster change and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process and that you will get out of therapy what you put into therapy.

My name is Kaitlyn Bork and my passion for mental health is what led me to become an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW). My professional education includes a Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Masters in Social Work from Concordia University.
The thing that I enjoy most about working with clients is that everyone has their own unique story that makes them who they are. No one has the same experience as you and that requires your counseling sessions to be tailored to your needs. I also believe that the counselor-client relationship is a collaborative one where we work together to meet your goals and help you to feel heard and safe.
Currently, I am meeting with clients 13 and older. Areas of specialty that I have are in: anxiety, depression, women’s issues, LGBTQ+, military personnel and veterans, PTSD and trauma, communication skills, conflict resolution skills, life transitions, and self-esteem.
